FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: device consists of facilities for gaseous fuel supply, of facilities for supply of oxidant, and of fuel combustion facilities utilising oxidant for partial combustion of first part of fuel with products of partial combustion including intermediate combustion products. Also, products of partial combustion are mixed with the rest part of fuel, partially not combusted, thus facilitating production of modified fuel.
