FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to disposal and recovery of bitumen-containing roofing and production of secondary roofing materials. Proposed unit comprises crusher of used bitumen roofing with device to feed crushed bulk into working chamber, fine crushing chamber, processed material collection bin and drive. Fine crushing chamber mechanism is made up of two disks with cutting edges that form fine crushing chamber. Top disk is provided with rotation drive while bottom disk is fixed and provided with passage of ground material fed from working chamber. Working chamber grinding device is made up of two revolving parallel screws. Screw vanes are arranged shifted to form inner processing zones. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced electric power consumption and higher quality of target product. ^ 3 dwg |
