FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: door hinge fixture comprises a bearing element fixed on a leaf or a frame of a window leaf, a support element of a hinge and at least one mount spindle installed with the possibility of rotation in a seat of the bearing element or a support element of the hinge and protected against movement of the spindle in the longitudinal direction, besides, rotation of the mount spindle causes relative movement of the hinge support element relative to the bearing element, the mount spindle has variation of diametre inside a mount hole in the form of diametre expansion, at the same time the material of the bearing element or the support element of the hinge with a mount hole has a shaping element formed by plastic transformation of material, which reduces diametre of a mount hole at certain sections and which thus interacts with variation of diametre that the mount spindle is protected against displacement of the spindle in the longitudinal direction. ^ EFFECT: simplified process of hinge manufacturing due to reduced quantity of additional elements. ^ 8 cl, 8 dwg |
