The circuit has a balancing unit (14) delivering ultra high frequency signals on outputs (A', B'). A first connection unit is connected between an interior end of a strand (11) and one of the outputs of the balancing unit. A second connection unit is connected between another interior end of another strand (12) and the other output. A circulation unit (24) permits circulation of direct current in the connection units. The circulation unit comprises a third connection unit (R2) connecting external ends (C, D) of the two strands. A verification unit checks effective circulation of the current.
