FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes method of quantitative determination of sulpha preparations in tablets by processing analysed sample with solutions of hydrochloric acid, sodium nitrite with further photometry of obtained solution, analysed sample being additionally processed with solution of chromotropic acid in presence of sodium carbonate, optic density of obtained solution is measured at wave length 530 nm relative to water and amount of analysed substance is determined by means of calibration curve. ^ EFFECT: highly sensitive express-method of determining content of sulpha preparations in tablets. ^ 2 tbl, 1 dwg |
