摘要 <p>Provided is a parallel movement mechanism, wherein leaf spring sections (31, 32) are arranged in opposition with each other. A rigid body (33) is arranged at one end of the leaf spring (31) and interlinked with the leaf springs (31, 32), and a rigid body (34) is arranged at the other end of the leaf spring (31) and interlinked with the leaf springs (31, 32). A drive unit (35) arranged upon the face of the leaf spring (31) is comprised of a compact and thin piezoelectric element (35a). The piezoelectric element (35a) is arranged on the surface of the leaf spring (31) at a position to the rigid body (34) side than the center (C) in the longitudinal direction of the leaf spring (31). Since the piezoelectric element (35a) is thus provided on a portion of the surface of the leaf spring (31), the piezoelectric element (35a) is alleviated from becoming a load when the leaf spring (31) is bent and deformed, and a rigid body (33) and a moving mirror (15) can be displaced a great amount by having the leaf spring (31) resonated, even when driving the piezoelectric element (35a) with a low driving voltage.</p>
