<p>Provided is a backlight unit which is capable of reducing luminance unevenness. The backlight unit (2) is provided with a lower side lens sheet (91) and an upper side lens sheet (92), which are provided in an inside area of a frame portion of a frame (4) and are successively layered, and a rim tape (10), which is pasted to the frame portion of the frame (4). The upper side lens sheet (92) is fixed in position by adhering a wide portion (10a) of the rim tape (10) to the upper surface of an end portion (92b) of the upper side lens sheet (92), while the lower side lens sheet (91) is held without being adhered to the wide portion (10a) of the rim tape (10).</p> |
