PURPOSE: A heterocyclic compound is provided to obtain a light-emitting element having high emission efficiency, and a light-emitting device, an electronic device and a lighting device having reduced power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A heterocyclic compound comprises a structure represented by chemical formula (G1), wherein A represents a substituent represented by chemical formulas (S1) or (S2); Ar1 and Ar2 independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms; R1 to R18independently represent any of hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms; and wherein X represents oxygen or sulfur.
