<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that since anyone can use a HotFolder, even when any desired output result is not obtained due to a little bit time difference between the storage time of a document and the update time of a print rule, a print is output. <P>SOLUTION: In a routine task using the HotFolder (a print rule is preliminarily registered, and when document data are input, the document data are printed according to preliminarily registered attributes), when the other person breaks into a time between the print attribute change time of the HotFolder and a document storage time to the HotFolder which can be generated by sharing the HotFolder, it is guessed and warned that any undesired print result can be output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
