PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade for a shear type milling and pulverizing apparatus of which an uneven blade edge part can be obtained without using a large quantity of heat energy for preheating, post-heating, etc. for an edge worn part or without requiring a special processing means, which is provided with improved shear capability and excellent in wear resistance, and which is capable of keeping the cutting capability for a long duration. SOLUTION: The blade 1 includes ripped beads 10 in both side rims of the edge outer circumferential face 5a of a blade part 5 at intervals of 0.5 to 10 mm in the rotation direction X of the blade 1 and arranged at right angles to the rotation direction of the blade 1.
