<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal box for a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal box includes a plurality of terminal plates 60, a housing 10 which accommodates those terminal plates 60, and a bypass diode 80 for bypassing in reverse loading, which serves as a bridge between two corresponding terminal plates 60. A rectifier element body 81 being a heat generating portion of the bypass diode 80 is placed on the terminal plates 60, and the housing 10 is fitted to the solar cell module. In the state where the housing 10 is fitted to the solar cell module, a bottom portion 11 having higher heat resistance than an outer circumferential portion 12 of the housing 10 is provided between the terminal plates 60 and solar cell module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
