METHOD FOR REPORTING INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR ESTABLISHING DIRECT INTERFACE BETWEEN HOME BASE STATIONS AND HOME BASE STATION

A method for reporting the information required for establishing a direct interface between home base stations and the home base station are provided, and the method includes that a Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) connection between the home base station and a home base station gateway or a core network element Mobile Management Entity (MME) is established; and the home base station reports the information required for establishing a direct interface between the home base stations through the SCTP connection. The present solution solves the problem that the home base station gateway or the core network element can not acquire the information required for establishing a direct interface between the home base stations, so as to achieve the effect of reducing the caused signaling transmission load in the network when a user switches between the home base stations.
