PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a seasoning pack for instant noodles is provided to improve the convenience of cooking the instant noodles by inserting the seasoning pack into water without ripping using a gelatin material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a seasoning pack for instant noodles comprises the following steps: pre-processing ingredients; acidifying the pre-processed ingredients; alkalizing the acidified ingredients; extracting gelatin from the alkalized ingredients; and molding a packing material with the extracted gelatin. |
