PURPOSE: A thermal processing device for repairing a turbine blade is provided to improve the function of controlling thermal processing property and to improve the function of sensing the temperature of a narrow repaired area by using a controller calculating control data. CONSTITUTION: A thermal processing device for repairing a turbine blade comprises a controller(100), a recorder(200), a regulator(300), a thermal process heater and a thermocouple(600). The controller is input the data required for repairing a welding part(500) of a turbine blade. The Controller produces control data to match to input data. The recorder stores characterization data which is inputted in the controller. The regulator produces a power value which is matched to the control data. The thermal process heater receives the power value outputted from the regulator. The thermal process heater generates the heat for heating the repair welding part. The thermocouple measures the temperature of the repair welding part heated by the thermal process heater. The thermocouple transfers the temperature value to the controller.
