<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut the end of a braided wire mounted on an uncircular terminal member in a cross-sectional view. <P>SOLUTION: A braided wire cutter is equipped with: a supporter 20 rotated around the central axis thereof while supporting the terminal member; a cam 30 having a cam surface 32 corresponding to an irregular shape of the outer peripheral surface of the terminal member and rotated along with the rotation of the supporter 20; and a cutting edge 40 cutting the braided wire on the outer peripheral surface by a press against the outer peripheral surface of the terminal member; a transmission mechanism 50 moving the cutting edge 40 along the radial direction to the central axis of the terminal member by moving a cam follower 60 in response to the irregular shape of the cam surface 32 along with the rotation of the cam 30; and an urging part 70 pushing and urging the cutting edge 40 towards the outer peripheral surface of the terminal member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
