<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diet method for sufficiently exhibiting a diet effect, and to provide diet glasses using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the diet method, feeling of happiness is enhanced by putting on glasses 1 mounted with lenses 2 of a specified pastel-colored pink at least after eating, thereby reducing appetite. Moreover before eating, glasses 1B mounted with lenses 3 of a specified blue color are put on to cool emotion, and thereafter the feeling of happiness is enhanced by putting on glasses 1A(1) mounted with the lenses 2 of the specified pastel-colored pink at least after eating, thereby reducing the appetite. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
