PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material having a high performance index by using an Fe-V-Al based compound having a Heusler structure. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion material contains a compound which has the Heusler structure as the main phase, and has a composition expressed by FexVy(GapAl1-p)100-x-y(x: 35≤x≤36 or 44≤x≤60 y: 29≤y≤30 when 35≤x≤36 and 20≤y≤26 when 44≤x≤60, and 0.1≤p≤0.7).
