PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body joint structure easily preventing an adhesive for three plate-like members from overflowing without increasing the overall thickness of the joint end parts of the three plate-like members. SOLUTION: The end surface 6aa of a flange part 6a of a reinforcement 6 recedes from the end surfaces of a flange part 4a of an inner panel 4 and a flange part 5a of an outer panel 5 to a spot welding portion 11 side, thereby forming an adhesive storing space 9 between the flange part 4a of the inner panel 4 and the flange part 5a of the outer panel 5. Thus, the adhesive 10 is prevented from overflowing to the outside upon joining the flange part 6a without increasing the overall thickness of the flange parts 4a, 6a, 5a, and without applying processing with heavy load to both surfaces in the thickness direction of the flange part 6a of the reinforcement 6.
