PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flushing tank apparatus capable of carrying out satisfactory toilet bowl flushing without being large-sized, and a flush toilet bowl. SOLUTION: The flushing tank apparatus 10 includes an intake device 40 for sucking air in a toilet bowl drain passage 3. The intake device 40 includes an intake chamber 41, an intake port 42, a valve chamber 43, a valve element 44, a float member 45, and a holding part 46 holding an attracting member 47. The intake chamber 41 is formed of a side face part 41A and an upper face part 41B. The intake port 42 communicates with the intake chamber 41 and is opened in a vertical direction. The valve chamber 43 communicates with the toilet bowl drain passage 3 through an intake passage 6. The valve element 44 is enclosed in the valve chamber 43 to open/close the intake port 42. The float member 45 descends below the set water level lower than the highest water level of flushing water in a water storage chamber 25. The holding part 46 ascends interlocked with the ascent of the float member 45 and holds the attracting member 47. The attracting member 47 attracts the valve element 44 to open the intake port 42.
