PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet capable of improving the contrast. SOLUTION: The optical sheet 10 including a layer configured to control light incident on the layer and then allow the light to exit toward the observer side includes an optical functional sheet layer 12, wherein prisms 13, 13, ..., capable of transmitting light and light-absorbing parts 14, 14, ..., capable of absorbing light, are arranged alternately along a sheet plane; and a layer having electromagnetic-wave shielding function.
