PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration unit capable of generating vibration while suppressing the operation sound of a movable iron core. SOLUTION: The vibration unit includes: the iron core (21) which can be moved in one direction; a bobbin (23) which has the moving space of the iron core formed therein and has a coil (26) wound along the outer circumference of the moving space; a permanent magnet (24) which is brought into contact with a flange surface (23c) located on one edge side of the bobbin and has a through-hole (24a) forming the moving space of the iron core; and a metal frame (22) which is brought into contact with the flange surface (23b) located on the other edge side of the bobbin and has an opening part (22b) allowing the movement of the iron core. The iron core receives action of magnetic force of the permanent magnet upon non-conduction of electricity to the coil and moves to a first position and, at the same time, receives action of magnetic force generated by conduction of electricity to the coil and moves to a second position separated from the permanent magnet.
