PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drop-lid, which is not disposable, capable of being easily washed, capable of being cleanly and easily used, having a reduced number of parts and capable of being easily manufactured, instead of a conventional drop-lid made of metal, wood or resin or a disposable paper drop-lid to be used for a cooking utensil such as a pot. SOLUTION: A lid plate of the drop-lid is made of a thin soft material, and a ring is inserted into a projection formed at the center of the lid plate to constrict the lid plate 1. With this structure, the size of the drop-lid can be changed according to the size of a pan while using the single and easily washable lid plate, and the drop-lid with a reduced number of parts, which can be easily manufactured, can be provided. Further, by disposing a ring holder for connecting the ring, integrally formed in the lid plate or in the projection, the drop-lid which can be more easily used, washed and manufactured can be provided.
