A fluid resistance reducing method and a resistance-reduction propulsion device are provided. Manual intervention is performed to the fluid at the boundary layer and enables the fluid to flow orderly in a layered mode, and the shape resistance and the frictional resistance of the fluid can be reduced. A vane-shaped device is inserted at certain intervals in the fluid along the direction vertical to the movement velocity direction of the fluid, divides the fluid into a plurality of limited regions, limits its flow and solidifies the movement state of the fluid, and prevents the fluid from inertially impacting the fixed wall on the surface of the objects required to reduce the resistance, and enables the movement velocity direction of the vane-shaped device to accord with the tangential direction of the preset fixed wall, makes the counterforce of the fixed wall to the fluid provide the centripetal force for the turning of the fluid, thereby forcibly intervenes the fluid to gradually change the velocity direction of the fluid along the fixed wall, and meanwhile performs manual intervention to the parts of the objects resulting the frictional resistance of the fluid and required to reduce the resistance, enables the fluid near the boundary surface to flow orderly in a layered mode, and reduces the frictional resistance of the fluid. |
