The present invention relates to a filter assembly and an exhaust gas reducing device using the same. The filter assembly includes: a cylindrical diesel particulate filter disposed in the path, through which the exhaust gas is discharged from an engine, and adapted with a ventilation path defined in the shape of a grid pattern for moving the exhaust gas therethrough so as to collect particulate matters contained in the exhaust gas of the ventilation path; and an electrode section disposed on at least one surface of either side surfaces of the filter, formed in the shape of a grid pattern communicated to the ventilation path of the filter, and heating the filter with supplied power. In the filter, the plural areas defined in the grid pattern shape are alternately opened holes and closed holes. |
