The device has a tactile element (10) accessible from outside and movably arranged at housing (50). A contact unit (21) i.e. tappet, is aligned to an interior of the housing for actuating an electrical component (40). The housing exhibits a recess (51) within a region of the tactile element. A flexible membrane (20) exhibits the contact unit that locks the recess. A rigid retaining element (30) is arranged between the membrane and the tactile element. The retaining element is made of plastic, and exhibits a fastening unit (31) working together with a fixing part (11) of the tactile element.
