The present invention relates to suspension for a multifunctional micro-speaker formed with ridges, and to a multifunctional micro-speaker employing the same. In the suspension of the present invention, at least one ridge is formed at the outer perimeter of a sheet material of a predetermined shape such that the vibrations of a vibrator attached to the centre of the sheet material are structurally limited to be in a mainly top-to-bottom direction and, in addition, deformation of the sheet material is prevented, and the radius (R) of the ridge(s) and the thickness (t) of the sheet material are modified so as to be able to control the vibrational displacement and resonance frequency. The ridge(s) is (are) formed with air passage holes and, when there is a plurality of ridges, the radiuses of the ridges are either the same as each other or different.
