PURPOSE: A stereoscopic lens sheet with projecting parts and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to supply a visually stereoscopic feeling and a touch feeling by a protective layer. CONSTITUTION: A stereoscopic lens sheet with projecting parts comprises a pattern printing layer(100), a lens layer(200), and a transparent resin layer(300). Stereoscopic patterns(110) provide a stereoscopic feeling. The stereoscopic patterns are formed on the pattern printing layer. The lens layer is formed on the pattern printing layer. A plurality of convex lenses and a plurality of concave lenses are formed on the lens layer. The transparent resin layer is coated on the lens layer.
