Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are an inter-cell interference suppression method and a communication device. The method includes: obtaining estimated value of channel response of a user terminal in the present cell and a transmitted signal, and obtaining expected value of a received signal according to said estimated value and the transmitted signal (S101); obtaining the interference and/or noise power of the present cell according to said expected value and actual value of the received signal (S102); performing interference suppression combining according to said interference and/or noise power of the present cell (S103). By applying the embodiments of the present invention, suppression of inter-cell interference is achieved.
