PURPOSE: A multifunctional footwear is provided to separate foot insole contact part and ground contact part. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional footwear comprises: a shoe insole(100) in which the outer circumference is integrally fused to form a closed air space; a foot insole contact part which entirely form recess form by upward protrusion of the outer circumference; a ground contact part having various cushion parts corresponding to the acupressure protrusion; a heel which is changeably coupled; and a leather(600) which is combined to the side of the shoe sole side.
