<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain or prevent illegal action and uncomfortable action by a player for rejecting the continuation of a communication game. <P>SOLUTION: A game system 100 includes a server 102, and the server 102 is connected with a plurality of game machines 10 via a network 104 to communicate with the game machines. The server 102 determines that the game machine 10 stops the communication game on the way and adds a notorious score of a player during participating in the communication game when not receiving an on-connecting message from the game machine 10 during the game. Further, the server 102 adds a notorious score of the game machine 10 permitting the participation in the communication game of the next time when the communication game is stopped and there is the game device 10 rejecting the participation in the communication game of the next time.
