PRODUCTION METHOD FOR POWDERY PIGMENT, POWDERY PIGMENT AND COLORING METHOD FOR FOODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery pigment capable of uniformly coloring an object without generating a color shade on the object in a case of coloring with the powdery pigment in a powdery state without dissolving the powdery pigment in a solvent.

SOLUTION: Upon production of the powdery pigment, spirulina pigment and/or riboflavin pigment powder finely pulverized at a mean particle size of 3-8 μm is used.
