<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a final product from which erythrocytes are sufficiently removed while guaranteeing sterilization of the final product. <P>SOLUTION: The cell separation apparatus 1 is equipped with a decomposition treatment part 2 for digesting a living body tissue and forming a cell suspension, a cell concentration part 3 for concentrating the cell suspension, a conveying path 7 connected to the decomposition treatment part 2 and the cell concentration part 3, a storage container 9 connected to the conveying path 7, an inner volume measurement part 11 for measuring the interior content of the storage container 9, a medium supply means 4 for supplying a medium for fractionating erythrocytes and living body-derived cells contained in the cell suspension to the storage container 9, a medium supply amount calculation part 8 for calculating the supply amount of the medium by the medium supply means 4 based on the inner content measured by the interior content measurement part 11, the medium supply amount calculation part 8 for calculating the supply amount of the medium calculated by the medium supply amount calculation part 8 by the medium supply means 4 and recovery means 8, 14a and 14b for recovering the living body-derived cells fractionated by the medium in the storage container 9 while separating from erythrocytes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
