PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a towing tractor making it easier to change the height of a control lever to a change of the height of a seat. SOLUTION: In the towing tractor 10, a parking brake lever 31 and a drawbar lever 32 are integrally supported by a lever bracket 39 through a lever support plate 37. A bracket 42 is installed in a vehicle body 11 as a mounting section of the lever bracket 39. The heights of the parking brake lever 31 and the drawbar lever 32 are changed along the height direction of the vehicle body 11, depending on the presence or absence of a lever spacer 45 interposed between the bracket 42 and the lever bracket 39.
