PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition with an excellent oil proof property. SOLUTION: The olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition includes 5 to 49 pts.wt. of (A) a crystalline polypropylene resin, 89 to 30 pts.wt. of (B) a cross-linked ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 20 to 70 wt.% of a vinyl acetate content, and 5 to 50 pts.wt. of (C) an unsaturated carboxylic acid grafted polyolefin in which an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivative is added to a polyolefin composition including at least one polyolefin having a propylene unit and at least one polyolefin having a vinyl acetate unit with the content of the added unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivative being 0.1 to 10 wt.%.
