PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently promote a reduction in weight of a turbine stationary blade by thinning the thickness of the turbine stationary blade while ensuring the rigidity of the turbine stationary blade made of ceramic composite material. SOLUTION: A hollow inner layer blade 17 is integrally provided on the inner surface of an outer layer blade 15 and extends from the leading edge-side inner surface 15a of the outer layer blade 15 to the trailing edge-side inner surface 15t thereof. The rear outer surface 17d of the inner layer blade 17 is integrally joined to the rear inner surface 15d of the outer layer blade 15, and the belly-side outer surface 17v of the inner layer blade 17 is integrally joined to the belly-side inner surface 15v of the outer layer blade 15.
