FUEL FILTER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel filter device which keeps an internal fuel passage in a normal condition even when a pipe member mounted in a housing is subjected to great impacts. SOLUTION: A protruded portion 45 is formed on a delivery pipe 40 as the pipe member mounted in a mounting hole 133 of a cap 12 of the housing and a recessed portion 135 into which the protruded portion 45 can be fitted is formed in a cylindrical part 132 of the cap 12 to restrict the turn of the delivery pipe 40 around the axis of the mounting hole relative to the housing. An engaging body 50 engaged with the cylindrical part 132 has an annular plate part 51 which restricts the movement of the delivery pipe 40 in the direction of the axis of the mounting hole but does not restrict the turn of the delivery pipe 40 around the axis of the mounting hole when the delivery pipe 40 is subjected to impacts to give sacrificial damages to the protruded portion 45.
