PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic apparatus with a mist generator which allows a discharge part to discharge stably by discharging a liquid staying in an electrode portion. SOLUTION: In first electrode portions 80 and 81, liquid absorbers 90 are respectively provided, as a discharge means for discharging an adhering liquid from the discharge part, around the first electrode portions 80 and 81. The liquid absorber 90 is structured so as to have an extended portion 90b for absorbing the liquid adhering to the first electrode portions 80 and 81 and for causing the liquid which the absorber has absorbed to externally drip.
