<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image signal processor for identifying a signal component by a simple method in an image signal including much quantum noise. <P>SOLUTION: A time averaging part 10 of the image signal processor 1 uses an input image signal Sin(t) of a plurality of frames up to a current frame to generate a time averaged image signal <Sin(t)>. A correction amount calculation part 21 calculates a correction amount for every pixel with respect to an input image of the current frame so as to flatten a background of the time-averaged image signal <Sin(t)>. In this case, the correction amount with any first pixel is obtained by averaging a pixel value in a local area including the first pixel inside the input image of the current frame. A correction operation part 22 uses a correction amount every pixel to correct a pixel value of a corresponding pixel in the time averaged image. An image binarization part 30 binarizes an image signal Seq(t) after correction depending on whether or not it is over a predetermined threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
