PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise in the case of a narrow space around a blade at a suction side. SOLUTION: The blade 2b has a two-dimensional blade cross section obtained by developing a three-dimensional blade cross section formed by cutting the blade 2b by a cylinder using a rotary shaft 6 as a center axis into a two-dimensional plane. In the case that the radius of the cylinder is in a range of a distance (r) longer than a first distance (≈r1) from the rotary shaft 6 to the side end of a boss 2a of the blade and shorter than a second distance (=r2) from the rotary shaft 6 to the side end of an outer peripheral portion of the blade 2b, a warping angle showing a warping degree of the obtained two-dimensional blade cross section is partly larger than the calculated angle of the two-dimensional blade cross section, calculated through linear interpolation from the warping angle of the two-dimensional blade cross section at the side end of the boss 2a obtained by setting the radius of the cylinder as the first distance, and the warping angle of the two-dimensional blade cross section at the side end of the outer peripheral portion obtained by setting the radius of the cylinder as the second distance.
