SOLUTION: A portable telephone 1 is a transmitter for transmitting image data with additional information attached thereto obtained by attaching information for making the execution device execute a specific operation to the image data to other devices including the execution device, and includes: an image data storing part 30 for storing program information including a program part for storing a program described so as to execute a specific operation by using one or more parameters and a parameter part for storing a parameter in an identifiable manner; a parameter processing part 22 for performing processing for storing individual information showing information about its own device as a parameter into the parameter part; and an image data generating part 23 for generating image data with additional information attached thereto by storing program information having the processed parameter part into an annotation area that does not influence display content of an image in the image data.
