PURPOSE: A toxic substance removal method from polluted raw water is provided to remarkably improve the removal efficiency of toxic substances by producing OH radicals using hydrogen peroxide. CONSTITUTION: A toxic substance removal method from polluted raw water comprises a step of inserting hydrogen peroxide before a secondary ozone insertion process during a water quality oxidation method. An injection device(70) is prepared for inserting the hydrogen peroxide. The method uses a distributor(80) for supplying the hydrogen peroxide to a mixing apparatus(71) by the inflow amount of the raw water.
