PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for carrying out and providing a domain service based on user metadata are provided to carry out a domain service related to a domain based on user metadata. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(623) receives a user metadata request from a domain service execution device managing a domain based on a location, and a control unit(624) determines the user metadata which are supposed to be transmitted to the domain service execution device in correspondence to the request. A transmission unit(622) transmits the determined user metadata, and the reception unit receives service information related to the domain based on the user metadata from the domain service execution device.
