PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system implementing coordinated multi point (CoMP) together with acknowledgement/retransmission techniques. SOLUTION: In a method used in a wireless communication system including a user device 30, an anchor network station 40 and at least one subsidiary network station 50, the user device 30 transmits the same data to the network stations (40, 50) and the network stations (40, 50) each transmit an acknowledgement of the data to the user device 30 in response, and the subsidiary network station 50 also forwards the data to the anchor network station 40.
