FULLERENE DERIVATIVE, SEMICONDUCTOR MATERIAL, PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERTER, AND SOLAR CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel fullerene derivative which improves the conventional solubility in a solvent and whose performance as a solar cell material is equal to or more than that of the conventional ones.

SOLUTION: The fullerene derivative is represented by formula (I) (wherein R1and R2are each an alkyl group which may have a substituent, an aryl group which may have a substituent, an alkoxy group which may have a substituent or a silyl group which may have a substituent and at least one of R1and R2is an alkylene group substituted with silicon having an aromatic cyclic substituent).
