PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a process for manufacturing a ring form vulcanized elastomer product in which quantity of a discarded vulcanized raw material is reduced.

SOLUTION: A raw material for manufacturing an elastomer product 2 is fed to at least one cavity 4 of a mold 3 through at least one nozzle unit 5 in the process for manufacturing the ring form vulcanized elastomer product 2, wherein the nozzle unit 5 is thermally separated from the mold 3 after feeding the raw material to the cavity 4.
