<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for tracking a position of a wireless device in real time using wireless LAN AP (Access Point). <P>SOLUTION: The method for developing reference data for location estimation includes: the step of being provided with an AP catalog, AP scan data including AP signal strength, and the position where the AP scan data is measured; the step of calculating reliability for at least one of the AP scan data and the position collected; and the step of storing the AP signal scan data and the position collected as well as the reliability calculated, associated with one another, as the reference data for location estimation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
