<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of cutting glass fiber reinforced resin film which can efficiently form a glass fiber reinforced resin film, that has a high smoothness in the cut end face while drastically suppressing occurrence of dust such as resin powder, glass powder and glass beads. <P>SOLUTION: In this cutting method, the glass fiber reinforced resin film is cut by repeating a process in which a new hole Hn is drilled in a manner superimposed on a part of the preceding hole Hn-1 drilled, by intermittent irradiation of a laser beam LB from a laser beam machining head, while the laser beam machining head 200 and the glass fiber reinforced resin film TP are relatively moved in one direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
