<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform characteristic impedance correction of a signal transmission line while suppressing an increase of costs to a minimum without adding any circuit for detecting variation in the signal transmission line. <P>SOLUTION: In a signal transmission line which is affected by electrostatic coupling when a signal line of conductor foil and a GND line are formed in a dielectric substance and installed in a housing, when installing the conductor foil in the housing, a shape of the conductor foil is formed in such a way as to enlarge a margin from a specific mask in an eye pattern rather than the case where the conductor foil is constituted constant between a transmitting terminal and a receiving terminal of the signal transmission line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
