PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric bush cutter excellent in workability on a narrow place with obstructs while a cutter being arranged near a motor. SOLUTION: The electric bush cutter 1 comprises a motor 50, a rotary blade 42 fixed on an output shaft of the motor 50, a handle 21 arranged apart from the motor 50, and a long-length connection part 30 having a bent portion 33, and connecting the motor 50 and the handle 21. The connection part 30 comprises a first rod 31 extended between the handle 21 and the bent portion 33 and a second rod 32 extended between the motor 50 and the bent portion 33, and the angle formed between the second rod 32 and the side surface of the rotary blade 42 is smaller than the angle between the first rod 31 and the side surface of the rotary blade 42.
