PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure activity of isozyme (LD1-LD5) of a lactic acid dehydrogenase by using an autoanalyzer. SOLUTION: Each reagent for isozyme measurement is put into respective sealed cartridge, the liquid volume of each reagent is set within a range from 1 mL to at most 10 mL, and concentration of each measuring reagent is increased in the case of increasing the liquid volume.
